Strength '22

Strength '22 is a group + individual coaching experience that will help you live with strength and courage in 2022!

We'll work together to define and focus on your goal and clarify your intentions (aka - why you want it so bad!)

You will gain powerful insight through the Gallup CliftonStrengths and Four Tendencies Assessments, identifying your top 5 personal strengths and how you respond to both internal and external expectations. This also helps you to be aware of strengths and tendencies in others which will inevitably assist you with your goal. Together, we'll explore and develop strategies to leverage your unique strengths and tendency to make authentic progress toward your goal.

This coaching group is limited to 9 participants to ensure a deeply connected community centered on growth and accountability.  Application deadline is March 31st, 2022.

We will meet virtually via Zoom from 7:00-8:00PM on the following Wednesdays:
April 20th, 2022
May 4th, 2022
May 18th, 2022
June 1st, 2022

Each participant then has one 1-on-1 session to be used in the month of June.

Participants will be required to have access to their Gallup CliftonStrengths.  This can be from a previously taken assessment or by purchasing a new assessment via StrengthsFinder 2.0.

My Hope for You

That you may move authentically toward your higher potential.

That with that movement, you feel happier and more fulfilled.

That because you are happier and more fulfilled, you shine brighter, love better and bring more joy to all who surround you.

That because of that joy, those around you feel it too and spread the same feeling to others.

We are all connected. And a better world starts with YOU.

Strong.  Happy.  Fulfilled.

"Coaching with Shannon has been fun, enlightening, challenging, and deep. It has been a great experience. I enjoy being vulnerable with people and she got me to go deeper than I expected. She did a great job letting me get to my breakthroughs. I was real with her and she provided some great perspective shifts and insight. She got me to think differently. She wasn't afraid to call me out when I was letting myself off the hook."

"I am an emotional person and she is patient in letting me experience and work through my emotions. I don't feel bad about my shortcomings when talking about them because she put it in a way that made me feel human about them, like they were part of me and still made me who I am but not something I should feel bad about."

Let's Do This

You're ready and I'm SO EXCITED to hear from you!
